“Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels, and this was by far the worst experience. The bathroom was disgusting, full of mold, dusty, and poorly cleaned. The windows were dirty and covered in dust. The room was extremely dirty and unpleasant overall. The blankets were stained and felt unhygienic. On our last night, we realized that the door peephole did not exist at all — it was just an open hole. This meant that anyone from outside could look into the room, leaving us with no privacy whatsoever. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. The staff was inattentive. The facilities are very old and poorly maintained, including the elevator. It is unbelievable that the owner of this hotel is unable to invest in proper maintenance and basic cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel at all.”

“We should have read the reviews before we booked. The room is much smaller and older than what is in their picture. Do not be deceived!”

“It depends on what you're looking for. The location is good, but the hotel is dated, with widespread dampness. The rooms are very small, with a strong 24-hour musty smell and stray animals. Breakfast is served elsewhere. The quality of the products, service, and cleanliness are poor.”

“IF YOU'RE ON BUDGET ,GO FIND OTHER PLACES ! YOU DO NEED TO PAY PRICEY FOR OTHER BETTER PLACES The only few things that nice for this hotel is nearby MRT ,other nice tourist spots and their bed is comfy for sleeping here are list of the bad things i experienced i booked this hotel from agoda becuz the photos showned on the website got the facilities i need like the fridge/ makeup mirror(turned out they dont have it //just in the photo for agoda site i guessed)/ hot water / AC they even got bidet -First time getting inside the hotel there was no one standby at the counter they said need to ring the bell or call funny little thing you dont have any bell for customer to ring I did the call but no one accept it / one last way and it worked is to yell and asked Is anybody here!? Im checking in Like no staff prepared that they have a guest at all -once getting inside the room suddenly i saw many fruit flies and moths i asked for bugs killing spray from the receptionist she said i cant ask for the thing this hotel doesnt have ( inclu.Makeup mirror as well) but the amenities which hotel should provide new ones daily i also didnt get it too so about bugs thing the receptionist said she cant help with the bugs and so the customer like me who paid a lot of money to this hotel have to handle this by my own? Is it my problem????? I didn't pay to stay with your bugs that fly out from your plumb I need to fight with those flies during the night ! I dont get nice sleep at all even your bed is one nice thing you got -Cleanliness is never exist here (even under the bed is so full of dirt and dust , i drop my things and found it out🤮🤮🤮) so i told the receptionist that i dont need to clean my room but turns out someone came and clean(????) my room anyway when i was outside the towels and doormat were changed to new one but still same as dirty with some gray dark smudges on it (both on towels and mat)🤮 so you intended to have the customer use those dirty towels for body cleaning? Gross! -my room is the smallest and cheapest everywhere has got dust even inside the freezer there was some grayey dust / the curtain is moldy / the AC is full of big flock of dust but it still worked well with their cooling system -even the faucet is also stained like itnever be cleaned at all I dont know why the housekeeper kept coming in to clean when i was away despite i told them NOT TO... the staffs just dont even care on customer wellbeing... everywhere wasn't clean at all ! besides it got worse! - the sockets were quite old and didnt get any care the one besides the bed i dont know whether it's gonne come out / the other one at the desk was fixed with duck tape (WOW) - amenities like shower cap never be refilled even the housekeeper came into the room .... SO WHY YOU HAVE HOUSEKEEPER ? FOR KEEPING THE ROOM DIRTY FOR YOU CUSTOMERS?”
